This question was posed at TBEX Keystone 2012 during one of the Tourism & Marketing breakout sessions between Public Relations Representatives and Travel Bloggers.
What is TBEX?

It is an online group of Travel bloggers that hosts conferences in North America and Europe. TBEX was created by Kim Mance, Debbie Dubrow, and Maren Hogan. It was recently acquired by BlogWorld & New Media Expo NMX. The TBEX Conferences are the ultimate place for travel bloggers to connect and network with Public Relations reps, Hotel reps, Convention & Visitors Reps, Tourism Board Reps, and travel industry sponsors.
So, how should a PR Rep go about finding a travel blogger? Well, the talking heads of TBEX responded that PR Reps should follow the #TBEX hashtag on twitter not just during the conference but continually. PR reps should also follow and participate in #TTOT Travel Talk On Twitter. Of course, the best way to find travel bloggers is to attend the next TBEX Europe '12 which will be held in Costa Brava from Sept. 21- Sept. 22, 2012.
Note to travel bloggers if you want to be found by PR Reps join TBEX, mark you blog posts with the #TBEX hashtag, join in Travel Talk On Twitter #TTOT twitter chats, and attend the TBEX conferences.
